Countless possibilities are what drew me to 215 Yarmouth Road eight years ago. Flexible rooms meant I had the possibility to make each space work for me. From living with roommates in the early days, to later enjoying private space while still earning a rental income, to eventually expanding into more of the house with plenty of room for my growing family.
Over the years I have enjoyed so many memorable summer afternoons with a G&T on the front porch, nestled in the privacy of the trees; as well as many lively barbecues with friends and family in the back garden.
This house is so much more than the walls that contain it. I’ve made so many special memories I will treasure for the rest of my life. Tenants and AirBnB guests who have become great friends and neighbours I will miss dearly.
I get goosebumps thinking about the amazing times that are in store for this beautiful house that has been so good to me in so many ways. I will miss 215 Yarmouth Rd, or ‘Yarmy’ as we affectionately call it, but as my family grows, it’s time for us to move to a home that both my husband and I can call ‘ours’.
