In a city as large as Toronto, your home search can be an overwhelming, and daunting pursuit. My experience and expertise works to make this process as stress-free as possible for you. My team of local experts, and a full-time administrative team make the buying process as comprehensive as possible.

Getting to Know You

When you choose to work with me, I want to get to know you. Getting to know you, what you love about the city, and what you're looking for in a home allows me to work with you in the most efficient and enjoyable way possible.

Comprehensive Buyer's Guides 

I will provide you with a detailed and comprehensive Buyer's Guide that I have composed and perfected over the years.  I want to keep you as informed and knowledgeable about the process as possible.

I want my clients to be prepared for the Buying process.  After getting to know you, and gaging your real estate interests, I will provide you with mortgage advice and connect you with some of the best Mortgage Broker's in the city who can help you determine your buying price range with confidence. Be prepared to dig into paperwork during this part of the process such as pay stubs, T4’s, and tax returns.

Listing Notifications

After narrowing down your home search, I will set you up for automated listing notifications that align with your budget and property interests.  You will be informed of listings the day they hit the market.  We make sure to keep you in the know! As well, you will be able to join Collab, an amazing online search tool that allows you to view properties the minute they go up for sale.

The Showing Process

I work hard to find properties that I think you will like.  When you find properties that peak your interest, I will schedule appointments to view them at at time that is most convenient for you. I will also provide you with as much information as possible so you are well prepared for the viewings.

While they can seem daunting at first, I work to make this process as worry-free as possible for you.  I will not only explain the paperwork involved, but also the possible outcomes and next steps, be it accepted offers, counters, and sign-back.  Don't worry, I take care of all the paperwork for you, and ensure that everything is explained to you in a detailed yet accessible way. 

When you’re ready to make an offer, I will present a written offer to the seller. And while everyone loves getting their offer accepted right away, the seller could come back to us with a counter offer, or reject your initial offer all together. I am happy to walk you through each of these possibilities and exactly how to handle them.

Real Estate Lawyer's

I have connections with some of the best Real Estate Lawyer's in the city, making the closing process as seamless as possible.  My network of professionals ensure that all the closing details and paperwork are well-taken care of.

Pre-Closing Appointments  

After a property sells, there can be pre-closing appointments, such as Appraisals by your bank/mortgager, Home Inspections, and Buyer's Visits.  While all of this is outlined in my Buyer's Guides, I make sure to explain these appointments in detail, and their purposes.

Closing day is when you gain possession of your new property.  Your Real Estate lawyer will take care of all the final paperwork and fine-tuned details for you, making sure everything is alright before the transaction closes.  Be prepared to sign a lot of paperwork, but don't worry, it will all be explained thoroughly to you. I will also be by your side to make sure there are no issues upon closing.

Keeping in Touch

Once all the paperwork is done, you'll receive your keys and/or fobs, and will be able to move into your dream home! Expect follow-up emails, and neighbourhood market reports from me to keep you fully informed on what is happening in your neighbourhood.
